Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how we handle your personal data when you subscribe to receive posts from the @nascimentoab blog (nascimentoab.com.br), in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Data controller

The data controller is @nascimentoab. Privacy contact: contato@nascimentoab.com.br.

2. Data we collect

  • Email subscription: your email address.
  • Telegram subscription: the identifier of your conversation with the bot (chat_id).
  • Technical data: date/time of subscription and confirmation, and the IP address at the moment of subscription (for security and as a record of consent).

We collect the minimum necessary to deliver the posts.

3. How we use it

Exclusively to send you new blog posts through the channel you chose (email or Telegram) and to manage that subscription.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 7, I, LGPD), given when you subscribe and confirmed via double opt-in (clicking the link sent by email, or starting the conversation with the Telegram bot). You can withdraw consent at any time (see item 7).

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We use providers that process data on our behalf to operate the service:

  • Resend — email delivery.
  • Telegram — message delivery in the app.
  • Hostinger — site and database hosting.

These services may process data on servers outside Brazil (international transfer), with the safeguards provided by the LGPD.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your subscription lasts. When you unsubscribe, your record is deleted from our base.

7. Your rights (art. 18, LGPD)

At any time you may: confirm the existence of processing, access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and obtain information about sharing.

  • Unsubscribe / withdraw (and delete): use the “Unsubscribe” link present in every email, or send /stop to the Telegram bot.
  • Other requests: write to contato@nascimentoab.com.br.

8. Cookies

The public site uses only a language preference cookie (site_lang) and a technical session cookie in the (restricted) admin area. We do not use tracking cookies.

9. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data (HTTPS, hashed passwords, secrets outside the public area, access control and abuse prevention). No system is 100% fail-proof, but we work to reduce risks.

This Policy may be updated; the “last updated” date at the top indicates the current version.
